Key Features
The key reasons for the weathertightness to fail on this roof was the amount of colorsteel internal gutters, and the number of membrane roofs with minimal fall and insufficient downpipes. This required an entire re-clad and adjustment to some roof pitches.

The main design feature that we created on this project, was removing the amount of membrane roofs, and replacing colorsteel internal gutters with new membrane gutters. This building is now weathertight and tenanted!
