Key Features
The materials used needed to be low maintenance and durable enough to look like new 15 years on. This was achieved with ACM panels, honed masonry block, glass, and refrigerator canopy roof panels.

Design Features
The recessed windows the first floor give the building some depth and harmony with the ACM panels, honed masonry block and timber slats. The refrigerator panels were an effective cost-effective solution to a pedestrian canopy. A touch of timber to the rear of the building, is a welcomed break from the hard materials of aluminium and masonry blockwork.
